Timișoara (RO) – Dortmund (DE): 1:30 h
Maybe for some people it’s nothing, but for me it’s amazing. Even thought I understand the physics behing, I some how can’t believe I really was above the clouds!
(I don’t even start talking about the speed with which you get from one point to the other. Now in Timișoara, plane+train and 6 hours and 1400 km later in my bed, sleeping)
The takeoff was petty boring. The plane got speed, and the woooff, in some minutes we where in the air, above the clouds. Interesting, but somehow, I was expecting more… and I got more, at the landing
It’s all in the videos below.
Part 1: announcing, starting to get closer to the clouds, turning around.
Part 2: going through the clouds, crying babies.
Part 3: my favorite, still going through the clouds, bouncing of the wing (if you look closer at the beginning you’ll see it), shaking of the whole airplane ![]()
Part 4: actual landing, more shaking of the plane, more crying babies (I wanted to stuff something in their mouths!
note to myself: be more careful next time when choosing a seat).
P.S.: I tried my best to not shake the cam in the last two videos, but the plane was stronger then me ![]()
P.S.2: I know I sucked at recording, but it was too amazing to be up there to care about how good I record
Aaand some pictures..
